I’m so excited you’re considering joining the Encourager Cohort—a 10-week coaching program designed specifically for women who want to do BOTH home and work life well and with joy. As someone who has spent the last 20 years running businesses, raising a family, and figuring out how to harmonize all the beautiful (and sometimes chaotic) roles we carry, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to keep everything running smoothly.

But here’s the good news: it is possible to find balance and confidence in your systems. That’s why I created this cohort—to help women like you take actionable steps toward clarity, purpose, and harmony.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. During our time together, we’ll focus on your unique needs, goals, and dreams. Using my signature 5 Systems framework—Me, Food, Family, Home, and Work—you’ll learn how to simplify and streamline every part of your life. We’ll work together to identify what’s holding you back, create practical solutions, and implement them with intention.

What you’ll get:

•   GROUP COACHING – 10 weeks of group coaching on the 5 Systems (Me, Food, Family, Work & Home).
•   GUIDED WORKSHEETS – Printable handouts for taking notes and recording your new decisions, methods, and systems.
•   LIVE COACHING – Every Wednesday at noon (CST) for real-time support to ensure you’re making progress.
•   LIVE Q&A – Get personalized support for your stage and roles.
•   OPTIONAL OFFICE HOURS – Be held accountable and work on your systems with my guidance two Fridays a month at 9 am (CST).
•   LIFETIME ACCESS – Watch and access recorded group coaching sessions and office hours.
