But here’s the tension: we don’t want to over-plan our summer, and we definitely don’t want to under-plan it either. That’s where these 4 simple anchors come in.
In this episode, I’m sharing the exact framework I use every summer to stay grounded without overcomplicating anything. These anchors help you come back to what matters when things feel scattered, overstimulating, or even just a little boring.

• One Consistent Habit: The small thing that keeps you grounded no matter what

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about intention.
